"Mr. Bush says his favorite philosopher is Jesus. One way to show it would be to spend less time repeating the mistake of the Romans and more time heeding the wisdom of Christ."

My heart has been heavy these past few days as I anticipate my brother's deployment to Iraq. Despite the joyous news, "The Lord is risen!", I find it difficult to form the word, "Hallelujah!" I'll be praying for your brother.
we talked on easter sunday in our church on how easter happens gradually and about looking for wherever christ is in our midst without us knowing it.
i hope that you see find glimpses of christ in this difficult time.

praying that you will be encouraged. wait, no - I hate it when people do that. :) praying that you will be real, raw, honest, and feel this deeply, knowing that sometimes we are called to share in His sufferings, and sometimes it just flat out kicks our asses.
